Any special equipment?
A phone with camera and internet. Scan cards and confirm rewards in your browser.
Who counts on Basic?
Each customer counts once, after their first recorded visit, not at signup. Pro has no member limit.
Who receives offers?
Offers are sent through Apple Wallet, only to customers who explicitly opt in. Up to 2 per customer every 30 days, at least 7 days apart. Display depends on device settings. They can opt out; their card still works.
How do nearby reminders work?
Only Apple Wallet can show your card nearby, depending on device and location settings.
Can I preview my card?
Preview it free in your browser. Customers receive a card when they join your published programme. Try the free designer
